I am a hobbyist photographer with over 15 years experience and I provide work for paid assignments only.

I am currently based in the South of the UK in Portsmouth.

I am after male models aged between 18-21 (as a rough guide) to pose barefooted in front of the camera, wearing trendy clothes and with a neat hair style. The requirements for the shoot location is a public place like a beach or park in the model's town or city (to save their travel costs). The location requires somewhere for the model to sit such as a park bench but that is pretty much the only requirements.

The clothes for the photo shoot should be something which the model can comfortably sit in for 2-3 hours, based on the weather. Hence towards winter, plenty of layers. Typically t-shirt and jeans are worn but the idea is that the clothes are trendy and represent current fashions. Looking back at pictures over the years already shows differences in styles.

Quite a few photo shoots have been conducted in industrial estates which have graffiti that contributes to the feel of the pictures.

During the 15 years, I have done photo shoots in many different towns and cities in the south east, London and the south Midlands parts of the UK. I often travel to the model to save their travel expenses and trying a new location can be trying (as you are not sure of it before hand) but also rewarding.

The pictures have an urban feel to them but because many photo shoots occur in parks, the model may get mud on them (if they sit on the grass). This maybe unsuitable for certain models.

My style of photography is different to what is seen for a lot of photo shoots. Instead of trying to perfect every shot (which may take time), I work on quantity instead of individual quality. General guidance is given to the model on typical poses but it is then down to the models natural look to come through. There is no pressure on the model to deliver good pictures. This style provides a relaxed atmosphere for the photo shoot.

The theory is that out of 100 pictures, 94 maybe bad, but 6 would be at a level that direction could not achieve with the aim that the model will suddenly show a pose or look without realising it. This has worked very well over the 15 years and I haven't had a single photo shoot in this time where I haven't learn something.

As the photo shoots take place outdoors, a lot depends on the weather (UK). I have done photo shoots before in the snow but rain, without suitable shelter, can hinder any attempts to continue with the shoot. This will be discussed individually with the model after a photo shoot has been booked.

I am particularly interested in any model that does/has done dancing as over the years, so many amazing poses have been achieved.
