If it's Your 1st Underwater Shoot I Will Coach and Train You.
Immediately prior to actual shooting underwater I will evaluate your swimming
ability and offer some pointers in getting your movements synchronized and
coordinated to make you more efficient at functioning underwater.
Once you have adapted and become comfortable we'll begin shooting.  There
obviously is a level of effort necessary to achieve desired results, yet when
everything falls into place it's entirely Gratifying and Joyful.

Underwater Swimming is undoubtedly great overall invigorating exercise for your
entire body as well as very therapeutic for your mind relaxing in such a
tranquil and sensuous environment.

By all means you should be able to smile or have a striking facial expression
while underwater.  I require my models to be capable of swimming down at least
12ft - 13ft at the deepend of the pool, therefore a graceful coordinated kick /
stroke is essential to quickly descend to the bottom and perform the modelling
routine.
Please Make a Sincere Personal Assessment / Evaluation as to Whether Swimming
Down to Such a Depth and Comfortably Posing Is Within Your Actual
Capabilities.
It's Not as Easy as you may Think.

I posted images of me during an actual shoot (free-diving without scuba gear)
illustrating that your photographer does in fact possess a swimmer's physique
capable of instructing you in the water and demonstrating poses.

Bring several COLORFUL swimsuits when we shoot.  The pools which I have access
to are olympic aquatic centers and do not allow dresses or fabrics etc. in the
pool.  Sorry, Swimsuits Only!  So erase that other stuff out of your head and
find yourself a couple nice COLORFUL sexy swimsuits.  Our collaborative effort
is intended to develop our very own style rather than copy or simulate what
other underwater photographers are doing.  We'll concentrate on how proficient
of a swimmer and performer you are.  We can make it up as we go along and Your
Input Is Welcome!  The Main Emphasis of My Mission is to Document My Subjects
Having Lots of Fun.
