I have over 30 years of experience as a photographer and have shot everything from fashion to weddings, military combat to some of the most beautiful women in the world.

In addition to my regular clients and assignments, I am also a fashion reporter / photographer for the Examiner.com, and cover all topics related to the fashion industry here in San Diego.


Although I shoot color, my mind is always thinking black and white. It is a art form that is being lost in the digital age and that is sad. I have been trained from my earliest days shooting in black and white. It is my conviction that if a photographer can produce solid work in this medium, then that person has arrived and understands what photography is truely about.

I am here at MM to network and I need to update my work and portfolio. I do not get nearly the amount of assignments to shoot models as I used to and other assignments I accept now pay the bills. I miss working with models as I enjoy seeing how the interaction between model and camera materializes before me.
