About Me

I have been pursuing photography for many years.  In 2007 I started turning this passion into profession.  I shoot limited TFP but if you feel that you have a concept that will contribute to my portfolio or the website, please don't hesitate to contact me.  I reduce my rates for models just starting out and for actors' headshots  -- I have a soft spot for those just starting out in the industry and for the theater.

If you are allergic to cats, please tell me before the shoot and I'll try to de-cat the studio.

If you plan to bring an escort to a shoot, you will have to inform me prior to the shoot.  This is done for everyone's safety.

You can contact me at epsilonimages @ (remove spaces) or at 206x321x7969 (remove x's).

There is one other rule: no phone call, no shoot.  Unless we speak and work out the details of the shoot (what to bring, whom to bring, when to bring it) no appointment is considered final.  I know this "voice" thing is very old-fashioned, but thank you for understanding.

[I do not credit 18+ images with the model's name unless requested.  If one of my photos is missing a credit, please contact me and I will do so immediately]

Q: How long will it take to get the pictures from model tests (aka TFP) and how many will I get?
A: Usually about a week. One or two images per outfit. Sometimes you get to pick a few additional images, but please keep in mind that it typically takes me about 20-30min per image to get it ready.

Q: Can I get a CD with all the images?
A: No. For the same reason as why when your order fried chicken in a restaurant you don’t get all the feathers.

Q: A lot of your images have implied or partial nudity. Will I have to…?
A: Short Answer: No.  The longer answer is that you will know exactly what is expected before the shoot.

Q: Hair? Nails? Clothes?
A: All will be revealed when we talk on the phone (see above) before the shoot.

Q: How long will the shoot take?
A: The shortest is about an hour.  If it’s one of my body paint images – about 4 hours.

Q: I recently shaved my head, got a new tattoo, grew a third hand….  Should I tell you?
A: Yes.

Q: How do you define flaking?
A: Not showing up for a shoot or cancelling it less than 24 hours in advance.

Q: Can I reschedule if I flaked?
A: My shoots take about 3-4 hours of prep and often a lot of expensive props.  If you flake on a TFP shoot, I will wish you the best of luck but will not risk scheduling with you again. So, in a word, no.  If you flake on a paid shoot, you will have to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit if you choose to reschedule.

Q: Will I have to provide my real name, email and phone number to schedule a shoot.
A: Yes, as well as a photo ID at the shoot.  My email and phone number are above.

Q: References?
A: Yes.  Lots and lots.  You are free to contact any model I’ve worked with.

"Working with Dmitry was a new and fun experience because I got to try bodying painting for the first time. It takes a lot of time and patience, and is quite messy, but the results are stunning! I had a great time collaborating with him and helping to contribute to his projects. I definitely hope to work with him again!" Read less
