If I am using my kit I require a kit fee for all TF* work, I do not require it if make up is provided. 99.9% of the time, I bring my kit, but have been on locations where product was provided for the shoot.

I live in the Copperas Cove/Killeen/Ft. Hood area. But travel to Austin is NOT a problem, with advance notice and donation to the gas fund.
