Florina has always been an artist and originally started by creating pastel portraits and murals for people. She believes the photograph is just one piece of the puzzle, the whole process and very act of creating is just as important. Florina loves history, especially the renaissance and romantic period. The dark moody images of Rembrandt and De La Tours have greatly influenced her. Costumes and elaborate sets speaks to her heart. She often creates her own costumes and sets for her images. She believes the ordinary can be turned into art and everyone should own at least one piece of art that speaks to their heart. And what speaks more to us than our children and our families? Nothing brings her more joy than creating an heirloom piece she knows will be cherished for generations.
Florina is an International award winning artist and photographer including the PPA Loan Collection, "Honors of Excellence Awards" - WPPI Wedding and Portrait Photographers International, Wedding Photographer of the year -PPA Ozarks 2014 among others.She is a Certified Professional Photographer and member of the Professional Photographers of America. In addition to photography she is a teaches and speaker for the industry.
She currently resides in San Clemente California.
