Hi Everyone,

Joining Model Mayhem 9.5 years ago, I had no idea what to expect. I had previously spent most of my time shooting landscape, so to be quite honest, the thought of working with beautiful women (and yes at times, guys, lol) kind of freaked me out. It didn’t take long though for other MM photographers to take me under their wings and show me the ropes. And as well, I had models even showing me what was expected of me as a photographer. That is why I am now a part of the LIST team here on Model Mayhem. I feel it’s time to give back.



That being said…….

I am open for absolutely anything. The only limits are those we impose on ourselves. Of course, being forced into a wheelchair by a woman that didn’t know when to stop drinking, I don’t see myself climbing too many ladders, but what I do bring to the table is a fresh perspective to things. When contacting me, please understand that I am a straight forward individual. I like getting to the point and expect the same from others. Oh, and my wife always acts as Chaperon at all my shoots so no funny business ladies!



My philosophy is: Shoots are never really free. My footing the bill for studio time and what have you, is fine as long as the model maintains a professional attitude. Also, the concept has to benefit both parties. If confronted with an idea I am in no need of, I will most likely still shoot it, but most likely have the model split the studio time.



And while working with a complete crew is any one's dream, I have no problem with individuals using their own skills such as make-up application and coordinating wardrobe as long as the end results work.



Shoots of current interest:

Always on the look out for tattooed models (piercings as well).
Anything alternative and outside the box. (If it’s not in my portfolio, let’s take a chance.)



I also do need to pay the bills so I’m always available for paid shoots such as headshots. Send me a message for rates.

I have discovered that the average model gets a little cranky after about 4 hours on set.

I really do need to get off my butt and post my credits...
