About Me

Photographer formerly known as Polygon Photo, working in the Dallas/Forth Worth area. Working in medicine full time and pursuing further education, I'm a former combat medic who served in Iraq, and I am very professional and open-minded when it comes to photography. Whether it's fashion, fitness, erotic, nudity, couples, outdoor, costumes, I'm down to try just about anything. (Notable exception being underwater, because my camera isn't fond of getting wet.) So let's shoot early, and shoot often!

When it comes to Model Mayhem, I shoot for fun and to develop my skills while expanding the portfolios of all involved. For that reason, I never charge for my services, nor do I pay others to shoot. I want my photography to be for enrichment and improvement alone, not for profit.

My style:

I like to have fun. Humor in a photo, I think, is a huge plus, and I like to have fun with models, climbing trees, hanging from places, playing with pets, or anything else that puts a natural smile on a model's face. I also believe that a person's eyes are a window to their soul, so I strongly believe in all my pictures featuring my models' eyes.

I think it's my job to prove everyone looks great on film (metaphorically, I have a DSLR), and I intend to do it. I tend to enjoy outdoor shoots, particularly on nice days because I like the settings and have the most experience working with natural light. I can shoot most anywhere, however, so if you have a locale in mind, let me know. Don't hesitate to message me!

I currently do my own Photoshopping, and I am moderately experienced in this. I can whiten teeth, remove blemishes, etc. I can not, however, change backgrounds, or realistically paste someone's torso onto the body of a horse. Great kudos to those P-shop wizards who can do that, because I'm mad jealous.

Recently I've taken up rotoscoping, which is converting a photograph into an animated drawing through tracing. It's a lot of fun and a unique way to show off a model, so if you're interested in being rotoscoped, send a message!

I believe that if you want an escort to come with you, that is perfectly fine. I would bring one with me if I was going to meet up with some random guy I met online who wanted to take my picture. The only rule I have about your escort is that (s)he does not interfere in any way during the shoot. I don't want to have to start carrying Escrima sticks with me to shoots because people start acting crazy. Also, wear a mask! Obviously you can take it off when we take the photos (unless you want to keep it on), but I intend to observe social distancing guidelines until this pandemic is over.

What I want from you:

Whether you are viewing my profile as a model, makeup artist, photographer, hair stylist, Photoshop wizard, or none of the above, I strongly ask for feedback, both positive and negative, so long as it is constructive. My goal is to learn as much as I can for the moment, so if you have experience or even an opinion, I'm all ears. Also, I'm always interested in teaming up with other photographers, or any retouching artists/wardrobe and makeup artists, or anyone else interested in modeling photography for projects. We will all have fun together, and create some amazing work.
