I have always had a passion for photography but the real turning point was when I acquired an Olympus OM1n 35mm camera.

My next major jump was from the Kodak to a Canon EOS 350D then 18 months later upgraded to a Canon EOS 40D.

So, that is where I am now, owner of a Canon 40D and various lenses, two Weddings photographed, a couple of pictures printed in the local newspaper, an OU course in Photography, completed and achieved a mark of 89%, a member of Gateway Camera Club and Jan 2010 I shall be starting a ten week Advanced Digital Photography course at the Adult Education Centre in Folkestone.

I started a few tentative steps into the world of portrait photography a couple of years ago and have done studio and outside location work. My work is simple and pure, but am always happy for models to add their views etc.
