Maxwell Maisano has been a hairdresser for over 14 years, working both behind the chair and as an educator for major industry leaders.

He began his hairdressing career within the Toni & Guy USA salon network and quickly became known for his precision and quality, eventually earning the position of Technical Art Director. From there he worked with several major haircolor manufacturers such as It&ly Hairfashion, Matrix, and L’Oreal Professionnel--traveling the United States as a haircolor artist and educator.

In 2005 he partnered with the Aveda Institutes Florida as an Advanced Education trainer. Developing and implementing the educational curriculum for the prestigious Aveda Institute Master's Studio program.

In 2009 Max decided to branch out on a different career path and create his own salon culture. He helped to establish the Disco Dolls Studio, where he currently works behind the chair servicing a diverse clientele and helping to promote and build the Disco Dolls brand. He has also returned to his “roots” at L’Oreal Professionnel becoming part of their Artistic Technical Team once again and continuing to share his passion for hairdressing with his industry peers.
