Johanna Christine is uniquely and creatively designed by Johanna Alwin. A talented seamstress, Alwin studied at the London College of Fashion and earned her Fashion Design and Fashion Merchandising degree at Iowa State University. Her passion began at an early age when she designed and created swimwear, handbags, and sportswear for herself and high-school friends.

Featured in numerous magazines and articles, Alwin has participated in fashion shows on a national level, including Washington D.C., Denver, Minneapolis, and New York. Utilizing printed fabrics and vintage styles, Johanna Christine couture derives inspiration from various cultures throughout the United States, the Caribbean, and Europe. Bold, colored print fabrics are designed to accentuate the feminine shape in sensual styles.

The Johanna Christine line consists of swimwear, cocktail dresses, gowns, separates, and custom orders.
