About Me

My name is Julia Ramirez and I am an 20 year old fashion photographer. I picked up a DSLR about three and a half years ago, having previously worked extensively in graphic design. I love the field of fashion photography and am working extremely hard to improve. I'd definitely define my style as being soft and slightly whimsical which is why fashion really appealed to me- an industry that provides so many outlets for beautiful, whimsical compositions. I’d absolutely like to do fashion photography in a professional capacity, working with professional creative teams and models, and I’m very much looking forward to working with some of the other talented people here!

Hey, I'm interested to come to America in future but at the moment while traveling is still difficult, I am offering remote shoots afternoons on Wednesdays or Mondays Melbourne time until March 8th. I'm currently working with another photographer to do these shoots but I hope in future to get my own gear and do more on location remote shoots. I have a CBD apartment with a rooftop balcony, large natural light windows, a range of backdrops, props & can use the buildings facilities of a gym, spa, pool & sauna. My rates for remote shoots would be less than what I charge for in person shoots. Let me know how many hours you would like me to quote you for and if you like to pay by PayPal or a bank transfer to my UK bank or AUS bank. We would tether the camera to the laptop and screen share so you can control the settings/shots & we could chat over FaceTime or WhatsApp during the shoot.

The gear we have is a Sony full frame camera with a range of lenses available; 50mmf1.8, 85mmf1.4gm, 17-28f2.8, 28-75f2.8, 105f1.4gm, 70-200f2.8gm
