I have Photography Studio space available in Kennewick.

We are a co-op which is new to Tri Cities.

"Studio 30" offers 4 studio's inside a 3,300 sqft warehouse divided into an office, lobby, and 4 shooting areas.

There are several open slots in Tri Cities only co-op Photography Studio and we are looking for photography students / amateurs and seasoned photographers.

What you will have:
- 4 indoor studio areas
- 12 foot ceilings
- concrete floors
- a dedicated Boudoir/Glamour studio with bed and props
- a large studio area allowing vehicle photography
- future cyclorama will be installed
- a larger space to host large groups & family shoots
- large outside shooting area. Future water garden for "tropical" shoots
- 1 bathroom with large shower
- storage for personal equipment
- lobby/ office space to meet your clients
- parking
- online calendar, you see what's available & book your own time
- you will have door code to the building as if it is your own studio, no relying on someone to let you in
- a min of two lights in each of the 4 studios
- light booms, stands, soft boxes are available for your use
- seamless paper & backdrop stands in all 3 studios
- 1 solid white studio
- painted walls in 2 spaces

Studio 30 offers 4 shooting areas inside allowing ample time for your needs while sharing the cost of a huge space with others in a co op environment.

With a "generic" studio name on the front of the building you can now offer your clients a formal meeting space to schedule your shoots. Even shooting outside on location you can have them meet in the furnished lobby verse the typical "starbucks" or at home.

Financials & other stuff:
- subject to a background check
- sign a 6 month lease for co op
- $150.00 per month covers all
- first & last plus due before you move in total move in cost $300
- agree to "keep it legal"
- we are photographers and shoot a variety of genre's
