It is a group behind it, they just try to see who ever is NEW or EAGER enough to not look into to it properly. They text on that # or the # they provide but never answer the phone, I tried calling just to see if anyone would answer. They email me once every year and I just ignore it.

NEVER accept a job where they offer to pay you upfront or to pay you a fee to give to a stylist/photographer etc . THAT IS ALWAYS A RED FLAG.
