              She is finally free.

“I feel so free.” It’s the one comment I hear most during or after one of my shoots. It’s a mental freedom that comes with loosening the bindings we cover ourselves with every day. It’s more than nudity though; it’s a primal emotion that words cannot ever convey. Earlier in life, my gratification for shooting women came from the visual side of me. Today, that gratification comes simply from a more emotional place deep within me. The look of that new freedom. The sense most women get, at finding that strength within themselves. The trust that is given.

That is my only gratification. You can be my Butterfly.

We don't need a crazy complicated set or even a huge wardrobe, just a camera, a few simple lights, and some good creativity.

Do I cuss? Sometimes. Do I play good loud music while I shoot? Sure I do. Do I drink sometimes? If it's not a paying gig with 20 clients around us, you bet I do! This is not a job for me -this is all part of getting my creativity going. Having fun while shooting is my priority and yet getting some great photos out of it is just as important. If you're looking for a super-serious photographer who'll talk your ear off about lighting concepts and the latest lenses on the market, that's not me.

Am I looking for a girlfriend on MM? HECK NO! Chemistry is a large part of shooting but you being comfortable during the shoot is just as important as me being comfortable.

I've shot over 300 models and I am always looking to create edgy, interesting, and unique shots - nothing cookie-cutter if possible. Models I've worked with have been in Playboy, Maxim, and local magazines.

I've also placed numerous models on TV and in film projects. I will work on your portfolio as TFP / TFCD depending on the subject matter but I am very easy going and open-minded. If you need headshots, I have very reasonable rates and I do give full rights to your pictures over to you. I don't do headshots for free unless we are great friends or you really, really ask nicely.

If you're looking for nudes, I only do TASTEFUL or ART-inspired shots - again, based on subject matter and reason. I love to hear ideas and am willing to collaborate with you on what you want for your port. I work with many first-time nude models, some that just want to see what all the hype is about. My take on nudes...if you are planning on running for office or being in the public eye in the future, think twice. If you are not sure if you want to take naked pictures, it's simple, just don't. Nudidy is NOT for everyone. Only do what you are comfortable with. We will discuss what you want to add to your portfolio before the day we shoot so we are both prepared.

Almost 99% of my shots in my port are never retouched, I believe in keeping art pure and doing the creativity with the camera and lights. Whatever pictures you get from me though, you are free to do whatever you like to them.

First, models should always - ALWAYS - be safe...I encourage that and I promote that. But this is what references are for. I consider the model to be the canvas and the photographer to be the artist. Would Picasso let someone stare over his shoulder as he paints a masterpiece? Doubt it. Then why would I want someone looking over mine as I create art? You are more than free to email or contact any of the models I've worked with for references on my work, my style, and my professionalism BEFORE we shoot. No boyfriends, BFF's, "managers", life-partners, mothers, sisters, etc. If that's a problem, please find another photographer, there are some amazing ones out there. If you want a female MUA with you to help, I am willing to do that.

Great shooting is based on trust and chemistry. That being said, I have no problem meeting with you prior to the shoot to get to know each other and discuss ideas.
