About Me

I am a fitness pro, CrossFit L-1 Trainer, and personal trainer. My fitness brand is L. Fredric SPORT 'Performance & Fitness.' I work with clients of all ages, sizes, strengths, and abilities. I also do fitness modeling and other types of modeling, mostly photography.

I work hard in the gym and eat right to keep my physique it's best. I truly want to be as lean and look as good as I can!
