Watermark excepted (it's bit-mapped, and distracting), the image is pretty cool. The "problem" with it, is that it's too balanced/centered to be visually interesting, beyond the composed lines and intersections. This has the potential to be a "show stopper" or an image that makes you stop, take notice, and come back again. I'm not sure what isn't working to increase the impact, but imagine if the figure was slid over to the bottom rule-of-thirds location -- where the right-most leg of the table is, your toes horizontally across from the watermark? ... Your figure would be balancing out the column, and interacting with the cross braces, and other lines. Just a thought.
