There was some colour curve adjustment on this image - I was trying to suggest the look of some of the very earliest Technicolor movies, with decidedly non-linear colour reproduction. Movie-goers were paying for colour, and dammit, they were going to get bright, saturated colour, whether it was correct or not.

I think it gives those old colour movies a very sweet and innocent, playful mood, very soft, glowing and dreamlike.
