Actually it's smoke pouring out of her hallowed out face from the depths of hell.
I got the concept from christian demon lore. (and no im not a satanist)

Really awesome. Funky as hell. Would love to see what would happen if that flame were more blended with the face, so it appeared as one cohesive form.
