Fantastic! You smoothed her just enough. She still looks real. I think I would have cooled the colors a bit but that's just a personal preference. :)

Great job...it is amazing what can be done with Photoshop. If I could invent a tool that would make those kind of changes in real life I would be richer than Bill Gates by 10 times. :)
