This was shot in a dance studio with a wooden floor and white walls.
I had two flash heads on the white wall which I overexposed and burnt-out much of the floor leaving a shadow from the model.
A third flash head in a softbox was right above me shooting near floor level, I adjusted that flash head to burn-out the remainder of the floor near me while illuminating the model and maintaining the shadow. Boom.
