Lists let you build up a collection of models, photographers, ideas, styles, etc. For example, a model may make a list of photographer's who have a style that she likes. I make lists of shots that I find inspirational. I also make a list of models that I would like to shoot someday. You are on that list :) The next time I get to SE Asia, if I'm in Indonesia, I'll look you up and maybe we can do a shoot.
By the way, when you reply to a comment, only you get notified. So normally I wouldn't have noticed your comment. If you want to say something to a particular person, its best to click on their profile and either send them a private message (there is a button on the top left of their profile) or put a "tag" message that everybody can see. There is a tag button a the bottom of everybody's profile.
