It would add emphasis if I could see some of the blue from the pants stand out at me from the greyscale of everything else. I like the missing tiles under him, but I don't like the other extra tiles on top. They look messy. Nothing about this picture is supposed to be messy. "incomplete" components are great, because that's what I see: his desire is incomplete and he desperately wants to complete his need. The house is incomplete because he is incomplete. I might suggest a little bit of a closer shot, and see a little more of his back. Wonderful photo.
