January 09, 2011 8:04am The model owns the spider, although I confess to a bit of window-shopping myself lately.
The shoot itself was my idea, but this particular "Silence of the Lambs" pose was Jen's suggestion ~ props to her for her bravery. She did have a wee coughing fit a few minutes after we'd finished, most likely the urticating hairs, but she was ok after a glass of water. It rocks to have a model (and make-up artist) who give so much of their own creativity to the shoot.
January 08, 2011 4:11pm Nice Grammostola pulchripes. Did the model have a rash on her face afterwards.....the hairs are quite bad for this genus. Beautiful shot though and props to the model for doing this shot. Who owns the beautiful 8 legged girl, you or the model?
