Hello again. I would argue that birch trees are the most photogenic. Very nice, love the texture. JohnC.

Everyone who just thought of that Robert Frost poem, raise your hands.

The woods are lovely, dark, and deep,
but I have promises that I must keep,
and miles to go before I sleep,
and miles to go before I sleep.

How beautiful, and full of feeling, it's not static at all. This may be even in Russia, because birch is its symbol...

This is an elegant image that derives its strength from the juxtaposition of varying textures and tones. I could easily see it in an art gallery. As a boy -- eons ago -- I loved the Robt Frost poem "Birches."

I love this shot! I want to look at it until something or someone emerges from the woods. This is my favorite shot in your port. (of course if you view mine the reason becomes apparent.) Wonderful shot, and one I would have on my wall.
