That mean you have to act the part and get yourself to the point that you place your body and mind in a situation as if there was no camera. Instead a boyfriend, a feared situation, great happiness, sadness, fear, etc. You face and body must tell the same story. This picture is posed and look that way and has little artistic value - of course you are beautiful but the images lacks power as you are in a awkward position and not that happy with it.
