March 08, 2007 10:06pm I do like the lighting contrast in this photo. And it's definitely a photo that makes one think. Normally, I would prefer to see the eyes of expression, but the sunglasses artistically throw one for a loop there. Most interesting to me is your use of the painting in the background. It is reminiscent of Japanese works, with the exception that at this angle, it's very small in proportion to the rest of the work, defeating it's usual purpose. It would be interesting to see more from this shoot.
