The angle also makes the bed look like it's tilting downward, so the body (cantilevered around the heel, which seems to touch the mid-point of the photo) defies gravity, and the diagonal of the bed complements the direction of the body... finally the white panties are about the brightest thing in the frame, pulling the eye into orbit around the center of attention.
