May 16, 2014 10:09pm I like this image because it causes the viewer to draw their on conclusions as to the concept! I think it is a play on contrasts in style, location and the elements of dance and maybe a little hip hop. It could have been intended as just a quick grab shot, regardless, it makes the viewer who takes the time to look and think about it, to draw a conclusion and it will undoubtedly be different from mine. That is what makes this a great image!
November 30, 2013 10:44pm I have a similar comment to the one below...but along with the tighter frame, it might also be nice to see what the shot would look like straightened, and not slightly tilted as it is here. It's difficult to tell whether the straightening would make the image have a different kind of impact or not--until we can see the comparison.
