December 17, 2013 9:12am done a similar shoot a while back (somewhere in my blog that hasnt been updated far to long haha http://mostphotography.blogspot.com/2011/10/running-shoot.html ). anyway, what i found helped a lot to make the shot even more pop was to use some flash behind the model/runner to make the rimlight even stronger and as well the backdrop darker. helps as well to have more runway in the background rather than a fence, if you get a higher point to shoot from even better. but all in all a great capture
