December 07, 2014 4:19pm As I remember it, the personification of France has been entrusted to the character of Marianne. Over the years, Marianne has been portrayed by no less notable French women as Brigitte Bardot, Catherine Deneuve and Laetitia Casta.
It is my humble opinion that with this photograph, we see France's next Marianne.
