for me its how you connect to the viewer. use of your pose but the look and expression of your face and most important how you are able to use your eyes that connect you to the viewer.
oh how i just wish i could meet you in person and work with you . you have a gift to make a huge impression and connect with the viewer just how you are able to look right in to the lens.
