January 18, 2016 11:55am *THANK YOU*. This piece was a learning experience for me. I was in a pretty dark spot around the time I got the idea for this piece, which is symbolic of no matter how painful, how raw life can sometimes be, there's always hope.
For me, this was the moment where I realized things were going to be better. That there actually was hope (even if it might take awhile to get there)
