May 14, 2019 4:34pm The good photogs look first for in their subjects is eye contact. Is she/he looking at me or to me? More, is her/his eye contact compelling, must I look back and into? Better, can she/he command attention? Most, can she/he tell me a story with their eye contact, can I discover something about them or is there a place for me to make up my own story? The model’s persona is, or can/should be, more important than how they look.
