November 16, 2009 7:39pm very pretty shot. The model blends in with the surroundings perfectly even with the contrast between her clothing and the scene. The shadows and lighting are great, you picked a great time of day to shoot this picture. She almost reminds me of a nymph or forest spirit, albeit her clothing. Its a beautiful scene though, not entirely focused in and cropped close on the model, it shows depth and has wonderful composition factors.

September 30, 2008 7:23pm The cool water at her feet brought a refreshing satisfaction to her body
The heat had subsided for now
The mind was an incredible thing
To have such little water on such a small amount on your body to to feel so comfortable.
The day was still so beautiful
The weight of the world seemed to be crushing upon her
and still
The lush green and fresh air negated all the tangled metal and burning rubber of real life
This place was so much better
She had control here
Choices
She could wade through the fresh water until she was rescued
Watching birds and singing out loud
or
She could enter the cave
It was dark
and hot
and led down
deep
A resting place
A place to give up
Come back to reality
In another world
Another dimention
A waking place she could hear the jaws of life coming alive and ripping the metal around her
She would not give up yet
The cave called her
But her desire to stay in the cool water was just a little better
She was not ready to face the darkness
and wondered how long she could stay in this place before she was forced to make a choice
Otherworld voices told her to wake up
Familiar sounds cried invisible all around
