The lines in your shirt and the lines in the background play off of each other very nicely. You have a natural, relaxed expression on your face that gives off that "natural beauty" vibe.
The smoothing on the skin is nice, but a bit too bright - some of the natural features of the face are lost.
The cropping at the elbow/hand is a bit distracting - I think it would look nicer if it was cropped low enough to show the entire right hand.
