Not too sure if its made to look like this, but it looks like a struggling couple who's having issues in their relationship who needs is currently having counseling. The body language of the 2 individuals and their expressions give out that frustration feelings. Very well captured. There's def a story here, if I got it right or not who knows - just my interpretation of the photo.
