This is a stunning shot. Kudos to the photographer. Great concept, color and line.
I just find it painful to look at images of people who are clearly starving themselves to death. I can't, for the life of me, figure out how we came to this place in our culture, that women can only be considered beautiful if they are either near death....or actually dead.
