Hey everyone! My name is Rich, I am 33 years old and I'm a sincere, down to earth, hard working, individualistic, goal-oriented person that is easy to work with and always loves to smile! I'm a personal trainer and a group fitness coach.
I love challenging myself and taking myself outside of my comfort zone! I've performed in many corporate events, competed in 3 physique competitions, ran a marathon, been an extra in two What Not to Wear episodes. Next up I will be in WellBeats Fitness Videos!
