Hoping to do more eleborate themed shoots in 2019 - movie still, cinematic, story theme.

I'm an animation artist for movies and do a lot of photography to 'get away from work'. I live in Los Angeles but also spend time in Tokyo and Honolulu (where I grew up). I like photos that have a cinematic feel, make the model look good but not overly slick.

Favorites photographers include Christopher Doyle (Wong Kar Wai's cinematographer), classic LIFE Magazine, rock photographer Pennie Smith, just to name a tiny few...

Dislikes: sleeve tattoos (on women); flaking out; the over-photoshopped shiny plastic doll look (even tho I'm very photoshop savvy)

Usually available for shooting on weekends. I shoot digital and film, even polaroid...high-end to toy cameras ...it's all about the end image.
