My name is Joshua Blessinger and I love the photographic art form. I love just being able to tell models to show me themselves, to show me who they are, and then capturing that one moment that really speaks. However they choose to show me that, whatever they wear or not wear, or whatever they do or not do, is up to them. I figure that the only way to capture a unique photo is to capture the unique person, I can ask them to do a typical pose, but then all I have is a typical photo.

If you shoot with me, be prepared to be yourself. That is all I ask of you is to be yourself.

It is my policy to never ask or suggest that a model remove any item of clothing. If a model wishes to disrobe, I will not stop them. It is welcome, I just won't push for it. I want my models to be themselves, in order to do that, they must be comfortable. If I push for nudity, it will put up a wall... If I just let a model do it if she/he feels it, it will be just an expression of self that I would never have gotten if I had asked for it. So feel free to take anything off, but it is by no means required in any shoot.

I am up to shoot just about anything form mild to wild, from tame to extreme. All of my equipment is portable so I can go just about anywhere as long as I have access to electricity for lighting (or daylight). Whether you want to shoot in studio or in your living room, in a bar or in the woods. I am mobile.
