I grew up in Baton Rouge, LA and lived in Bay St. Louis, MS for a couple years until Hurricane Katrina. With losing everything I had, including all of my pictures from every important event throughout my life, I feel that it was a calling to do photography to rebuild what I had lost. By taking pictures, I am giving people a snippet of their life to remember, to have, and to cherish. Memory is such a unique and personal thing that is different for everyone. I try my hardest to show the personality of whomever I am shooting so that it portrays them as perfectly as possible. I love the natural habits that people possess; the way they laugh, the silly things they do; I try to capture. I love hearing everyone’s story and really gaining a new relationship with each one of my clients. I love to stay in touch and really adopt a friendship with them from working together.
