I'm Marissa, a portrait photographer originating from the East Coast, and a migrant to the Midwest where I've claimed the Twin Cities as my second home. I am happy to shoot while traveling back to the coast.
I am fascinated by the collaborative process that is photography. I have been driven by this force for most of my life, having had some of my most intimate and revealing moments behind the lens. Vintage fashion and style is an indulgence, and I am intrigued by those who bring this aesthetic into their lives. Simultaneously, I embrace those with constantly changing, ever evolving styles and personas. This propels me.
I take my profession very seriously, and work to build strong relationships with my clients, even when we only have a short time to get to know one another. While I only accept paid assignments, I may occasionally post a casting call for a unique creative project and offer TFP or TFCD.
