I have been a photographer for over 50 years and former studio owner and wedding photographer.  I am fully retired and working on private art projects.  Second photo is from a recent COVID era shoot in my greenhouse.  Third picture is from an old body casting and there are many others pictures displayed at a “live” Human Statue Exhibition.  "In ancient Greek art, there are many different kinds of nudity that can mean many different things," said Jeffrey Hurwit, an historian of ancient art at the University of Oregon. "Sometimes they are contradictory."

I am finishing up on my "art statues" project - "humans imitating art". I am taking famous Greek and Roman Mythology Statues and creating "human statues" based on these Myths. The male and female are completely covered in white or gold makeup. I use eye safe and skin safe makeup - (washes off with soap and water). I have been working with male and females in group settings. I pay models if they want to be made into human statues. 

I started doing boudoir / special request artistic nudes back in the 70's.  Women who would never pose nude wanted special photos taken.  Some women and a few men wanted to be part of art and this is how the Human Statue (piece of art) project started.  Many women and men have their statue pictures hanging in their halls, bedrooms, living room for their friends to see and not recognized

Last, when a young model asks me if she should do nudes, I say if you do nudes, it is like a tattoo, it is there for all to see. I don't encourage or discourage women to pose nude.

I still occasionally will do TFCDs to assist selective models helping them with their modeling portfolios.  I shot catalog work in the late 70's and early 80's. I am more interested in working with models who are artistic and creative with high energy.  I have no problem with escorts and will put them to work.  I have a numer of MUA and assistant photographers I work with during my shoots.

I have a digital camera that has been modified to be an infrared (IR) only camera (Canon 10D)  IR images produces a natural ethereal effect.   

I have provided my human statue technique to a number of photographers, MUAs and models.  I use eye safe and skin safe makeup - (washes off with soap and water).  Human Statue shoot last about an hour from makeup application, photo session, and shower to wash the makeup away.
