December 24, 2009 2:43am If tights have an advantage over stockings in scenes such as this (as I can't help but feel they do), I suspect it comes down to a sense of naturalness and "rawness". The effort involved in donning complex lingerie with straps, clips, suspenders, etc, can have a very beautiful effect, but immediately adds an element of planning are carefully stylised seduction / striptease, which takes away a sense of spontaneity and passion. Such is not the case here ... The tense pose and hands clutching the dress in such impatience to be rid of it that they are, seemingly, only managing to pull it in opposite directions (though offering a very tantalising view in the process), builds an air of irrepressible sensuality, if anything increased by the simplicity of her attire, to say nothing of its lightness (as if to imply her passion is too impatient to bear more than two easily-removed garments at a time). Simple, though, does not mean crude: the performance is as elegant as it is sensual, complemented by the slinky dress (especially with its accentuating "stress lines") and attractively designed, delightfully teasing style of hosiery.
