Jason Fassnacht - This is a 18"x24" Charcoal sketch of my favorite Rodin' sculpture called "The Weeping Burger". It was inspired by a very brutal time in French history. It is from an actual event whereas a gentleman of Arstocatic stature was about to be hanged for the sole purpose of a foreign kings amusement & at the last moment, was suddenly set free.

October 09, 2021 11:22am AHHHHH!!!! I feel it. Whatever "it" is. I feel it. The rawness. The passion. The anguish. The texture. The detail. The shadows. Exciting.
