January 24, 2013 11:30am Great idea and execution; but, before you do the custom one, be sure you have a real chess position. There are those who are sticklers on that sort of detail. I can't imagine a checkmate having occured in this position. You can get books from the library that will help you, or locate a chedss club in your area.
January 20, 2013 10:10am Thanks Steven. I just got my first commission from a new client to have a custom version of this done for him. The photography is completed and I'm assembling all of the pieces for the final work.
